  • I live in the Orangewood Community in Gilbert, AZ. Our HOA had the drainage areas cleaned out which changed the elevation of the drainage areas. This has caused significant standing water, mosquitoes, and a horrible smell. Leisha Collins who is the property manager has been slow to respond and although I have been receiving some responses, they are apologies, responses to what I already know, and no final resolution. Leisha was notified over a month ago with pictures and a detailed description of the issue. I've also followed up multiple times asking for updates and providing additional information explaining the situation is getting worse. I've now requested Leisha escalate the issue internally for resolution. You'd think for what we pay a month in HOA fees this would be corrected quickly. Very disappointing. I'm hopeful this will assist with resolution.
