  • Stayed during their 100million dollar renovation, and customer service and hotel is still spot on! Rooms are completely remodeled and beautiful. The staff is what stands out the most. Attentive, friendly, personal, and goes above and beyond your expectations. They know the art of hospitality here. Also can't forget to mention, the food here is outstanding. Loved the market cafe for snacks, gelato, coffee, desserts, breakfast. In house chef is incredible!! Must stay in Scottsdale
