  • They often will not return any phone calls. It takes several calls by different people to solve a problem within the complex. If a payment is late (mine was "lost" in the mail), they send a letter after the 15th saying your late and subject to late fees, knowing this before the late fee deadline would be a more businesslike approach. Finally, they are a total rip off!
