  • This salon makes it nearly impossible to schedule or change an appointment. They do this through text only, unless you are there, so it is very time consuming. The owner just texted me to discuss my issue stating she thought my original text was from her housekeeper (who apparently is not supposed to get ill and cancel appointments either). Not very professional! The lash "artists" (I've been in 4 times and had 3 different estheticians) are childish and rude. They trash talk each other and clients. One called me to try to get me to cancel my next appointment with the 3rd person I'd seen there because "I'm your lash artist, you don't have to see her." 2 out of 4 times I was there they were out of the lash pads, instead using tape (in one case transparent tape) on the skin under my eyes. They are one of, if not the most expensive lash services in the East Valley. They provide a really unpleasant experience. Lash extensions are a 100% unnecessary, luxury service. You'd expect the salon to accommodate and be appreciative of clients, that is not the case with this place.
