  • Amazing staff by going above and beyond customer service. Couple of weeks ago, my boyfriend and I went to another location and bought a screen protector for my apple watch. As soon as I got into my car, I saw a piece( an essential item) was missing. We went back to the same location to get the part missing but the staff from that location was incompetent and did not care for their value costumers. After talking to the cellphone department manager from Best Buy Frye Rd location, they were able to help us, to resolve the problem from another store, and to take good care of our problem. They went above and beyond about their costumer services. Way to go Best Buy Frye Rd!!!!!
