I was invited to Sunday brunch at this school.. It was awesome! They greet you with mimosas & coffee.
Chef Joseph walks the group through all of the recipes and gives quick demo on what we are going to be doing.. Teams are formed and you get to work.. Jumping from table to table to help out with whatever's needed.
We had strawberry stuffed French toast with berry sauce, bruschetta with pesto and scrambled eggs - topped with fresh veggies, roasted potatoes w/garlic and pancetta, watermelon salad with a honey/lime vinaigrette .. Everything was fresh and delicious..
Karen and chef Joseph were great to work with.. We really enjoyed the experience and hope to go back soon!
