  • Great products, but apart from the Geek Squad, the service here is appalling. You'll either stand around waiting ages for someone to acknowledge you, or you won't be able to get the sales assistant to leave you alone. That is, after you've been accosted by the one staff that stands hiding behind a pillar at the front door, waiting until you've walked past before jumping out to say "hello"! The prices used to be good at Best Buy, but they're no longer great, especially smaller items like CDs and DVDs, which are much more expensive than elsewhere.
