  • For those who want to be treated like crap, go to LHMT. My husband and I went in to check out some 4Runners and this jerk of a sales guy was pretty pushy. After about an hour and a half and trying to negotiate a price for our trade in, we figured that this guy wanted to rip us off by telling us our car wasn't worth as much as we thought. Keep in mind that we did our research on trade in values before going and it was worth a lot more than what was offered. Since neither party could agree on a decent price we got up and left. After a few days of looking into other car options we decided to go with a Camry which was a lot more practical and budget friendly. However, we purchased it at another dealer we had visited previously. Well jerk of a sales guy called to do a follow up and when told we took our business elsewhere he threw a temper tantrum and hung up on us. Seriously?!?! Is that how you treat people let alone potential customers?!?! If that's how it is at LHMT or any LHM dealerships, take your business elsewhere unless you want to be reprimanded for not purchasing your vehicle there and "wasting their time". (Salesman's name undisclosed to be nice)
