  • My review straddles a 2 and 3 - it works for Vegas if you're budgeting but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone other than for the opportunity to save $. The lobby smells heavily of cigarettes (more so than other hotels on the Strip). Employees are friendly (especially those helping you into taxis) and seem genuinely interested in your wellbeing and stay. Bally's is nicely straddled by Paris and Flamingo and in my opinion is right where you want to be on the Strip, destinations easy walking distance in both directions. No theme unlike other hotels. So...was it worth the $50 a night paid through Hotwire? Yes. :) But now having the exposure I will likely opt for a nicer hotel for a little more $.
