  • Technician (owner) was very informative and honest. The freon was low in the unit. I feel that most companies would have wanted to sell me a new system, saying that it was beyond repair. Did what was logical....top of the freon to see how long it would last. Now almost a year and still running ice cold. Good diagnosis and logical step to fix. When I asked him to look at two other systems we have at another house....20 years old....his response was "do they blow cold air?" My response "yes, but I thought it was time to replace". His response "I am more than happy to take your money for a new system; but if it still works why replace it?" I like that answer and find that to be very trustworthy and honest.
