rev:text	Wow. Wow. Wow x infinity over. Prior to coming in, I was nervous. I had so many miserable experiences at vets before that I become scared as did my kitten. Yet, when I walked into the modest interior I was greeted by smiling faces and an eager attitude to get my baby healthy again. With all the previous poor experiences, when Dr Ole came in he handled my kitten with ease and put both Lola (my kitten) and myself at an even greater ease. He assured us that once we walked out, Lola would be on track to be healthy again. He took her back and did a test on her. The results came back for the better and she was diagnosed with something easily treatable (in the grand scheme of things). Another vet had told us Lola had a parasite and made it sound awful. However, Dr Ole kept my spirits up and Lola returned to my arms purring (I think she knew he was a "good guy"). In the future, I will not take my kitten anywhere else. The entire staff is warm, caring and patient with both my kitten and myself. They are the defining standard of excellent care. My only minor issue is that I was not given a quote prior to tests being done. I was nervous about the bill but it was $100 (office visit, test and 2 meds) so I couldn't really complain. With that said, I would have liked to have gotten an estimate and will request such in the future prior to things being done. Overall, I am plugging this hospital into my phone and will remove all others. Superior service and warm hearts. They no doubt have your "fur kids" interest at heart.
