  • We considered this building when moving to Charlotte. We wanted to be within walking distance of Uptown, and they claim to have it. What they don't tell you, is that this is not a safe walk. It's just not. I'm sure the apartments themselves are fine, but this is a rough neighborhood - definitely not as advertised - and you will be taking a cab home. Once you acquiesce to driving distance, your options broaden and Alpha Mill is less competitively priced. Dilworth and Elizabeth just as close, and home to much safer neighborhoods.
