  • Electrolux has by far been the worst company I have ever purchased from. We moved in to our new construction home 9 months ago with new Electrolux appliances and it has been a nightmare since. We have had our ice maker fixed twice and our dishwasher 4 times. Each time we go a week before they can get someone here to repair it with a broke appliance. Twice they weren't able to fix it because a part was ordered so we had to schedule another appointment to have it fixed. We spent Thanksgiving and a 50 person birthday party with no dishwasher. They will not replace it so for now we spend vacation time (24 hours so far ) coming home for a 4 hour window to have a repair person come in until our warranty runs out. Do yourself a favor and do not consider this company. We have 2 rental houses with GE profile appliances that we've had for almost 10 years and they've only needed service twice. This purchase has cost up tremendously.
