  • SUCKS!!! Husband & I went in to have matching tattoos for his birthday after talking to someone On the phone that said come in and requested an artist and leave a down payment. We walked in was in the shop 10 to 15 minutes no one greeted us as well as the lady with the dreads that stood at the register the entire time nor asking us if she could assist or open the glass counter to show us any earrings that I was looking at. Needless to say We walked OUT!!!! Just want to ask why should we have to beg someone to take our money ??? It's just common courtesy to greet your customers !!!! We went to OLD TOWN INK in Scottsdale LOVE THEM & WILL GO BACK!!! Inviting staff & awesome tattoos
