Three of my friends and I did a Segway in Paradise night ride in downtown Pittsburgh on June 2016. It was an amazingly good time. Our guide was very charismatic and informative and open to requests of where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see. We practiced inside the mall area of Station Square until the felt we were ready to go out on the roads. The traffic was light and the city was so beautiful with all the lights and festivities going on around town. The Art Fair was going on as we whizzed by on our way to the Pirates game. We rode across the river and down by the Convention Center. We stopped and took a few photos where the lighting was good. We wore earpieces the whole time, so we could hear Alan our guide talk about the city while we rolled around. We asked lots of questions about the city and being that none of us were true Yinzers, we learned a lot about the city and all had a blast riding the segways. Once you get a feel for them, they really are easy to ride. There are only a few rules to follow, so if you listen and apply them, you'll be good to go. We highly recommend this tour and we all look forward to going again. I have already had future requests from out of town friends and visitors who have said they want to go do this when they come to town. I have the segway bug now. I'm ALL in and ready to ROLL. Thank you Segway in Paradise.
