  • Rumors is the best place to go in Scottsdale. I was very afraid to find a new hairdresser when I moved to Arizona. It is so easy to mess up coloring. So I did my research and saw that Rumors had the best reviews. So two years ago I tried it out and was so happy. I have been seeing Amanda Bowes there ever since! She does a great job at coloring. She is the absolute best and always gives me exactly what I ask for. She has great hours which I need since I can only go on weekends. Overall, love it!
