  • No problems with my car rental with Dollar Car Rental. Made my reservations several weeks prior to my vacation on Priceline and they honored the price without question. Perhaps I came during the off-hours so that staff were in a good mood. I flew into YYZ at 6am and I was the only customer at the counter. They weren't pushy with the insurance sales pitch and I was in and out within minutes. Representative was super friendly and offered me the refuel option and explained that it can be waived if I come back full tank. I was a little worried with being charge an extra $80 for the tank when I return my vehicle, but I was able to return the car with no incident. Overall, a satisfactory experience from the rental company.
