  • Phoenix Transportation Systems, part of USA Moving and Storage was a NIGHTMARE. Moved goods from Phoenix to Chicago. Driver was exceptionally rude. He arrive 2 days earlier that arranged date (on a holiday), so we scrambled to get someone there to take the delivery, and then he didn't show up that afternoon as scheduled. Called the next day said it had to be "right now" or he was going to dump it in a storage facility and head to Michigan. We couldn't get someone there in time, so had to wait another couple days for him to return. That day we called every hour with him insuring he was close and would be there "within the hour"; finally he arrived 6 hours later. Charged another $250 to deliver, because he claimed he couldn't get close enough with his truck. Several items were damaged and missing--will repost when I conclude how well the insurance works. Bottom line: DO NOT USE. It is a nightmare, they are rude & dishonest, but they have you hostage once your items are on their truck.
