This crew loves what they do. Humbly elegant and knowledgable. We enjoyed the tasting dinner menu in the basement, decorated in all white surrounded by wine, flowers and candles. I particularly enjoyed the glassware and the artistry behind a few of the plate presentations.
The wine! Stuff I've never heard of (and I experienced a lot of different wines;) mostly whites, I generally prefer red but did not mind at all because they were fantastic. A definite theme in the wine and the food was local, farm raised, unique greens and flavors, very considerate of vegetarian and allergen concerns. One of the best pairing successes of wine and food equally enhancing each other.
There were countless (ok, about 12) pairings.
The food was lovely. Very small but many tasting portions, I would have difficulty picking a favorite.
