  • I felt pushed very pushed when I went in there and very uncomfortable. I went in there for a basic $49 check up and cleaning and I was a new patient and next thing you know they tell me that I need to get a deep cleaning and laser treatments and quoted me over $3,000 which also included getting my fillings done; My insurance was not excepted there. The reason why I went there is because I am getting Invisalign and before I get fit for it I have to get my feelings and cleaning done. But as I figured out, they are typical car salesman and tried to sell me on Invisalign as well which was over $1000 then my orthodontist quoted me. I am paying $4,400 for Invisalign at my orthodontist and Rock Springs Dental Group said they'll do it for only $5,400 which is an outrageous price. And then when I told them I cannot afford the $3000 for everything they wanted me to sign up for a credit card and kept lowering the price every time I said I couldn't afford it; I ended up walking out. Once I went to a real and honest dentist I did need the deep cleaning but they only quoted me $440 and said that I didn't need any laser treatments and I only needed the deep cleaning to prevent any gum disease. But Rocksprings Dental acted like if I didn't get everything done right away that I was going to go toothless and die. PLEASE do not go here!!
