I have gone to this salon for pedicures 4 times. It is almost always empty even though it's in a very busy location. The first 3 times I would have rated it a 3 on the actual pedicure and a 5 on cleanliness so I kept going. This last time was awful. They had a new young guy who really didn't have it down yet. One thing I like about this salon is they have a printed menu with the description of services and options. I have tried almost all of them but this time chose #1 and stated that clearly. After the soaking, this tech started trimming my cuticles and I told him about my sensitivities. Never mind that- he cut me twice! I got upset after the first time and told him, then the 2nd time he started peeling the skin by my big toe! What?! This time I was very angry and he kept apologizing. The older woman tech next to him started saying something to him in Vietnamese then turned to me and asked me about hot stone massage. I thought that it was their way of making things right because I was ready to leave. At the end I was told that I owed more money for the hot stone. I complained to the young woman Vi, who I had on an earlier visit since she seemed to be the overall manager. Not only did she not care about my situation she actually pretended not to understand me (her English is excellent as I know that from my earlier visit). I was cut twice, up charged without my knowledge and not treated well over all. They all knew me and knew that I've referred friends to them. I will never go back there and when I mentioned my experience to one of my friends she said she had a similar experience. If you go there make it crystal clear what service you want and don't use the young guy!
