| - Pros:
- In a safe neighborhood and it's nearby (walking distance) to a ton of stuff.
- Reasonable parking fee.
- Great free internet that was easy to connect to. Worked very well from the room.
- Pretty clean! Had more than enough linens, great "tools" like a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, etc.
- Great price. My family was jealous about the deal that I got for the area :) The value makes this place 5/5.
- Cozy. Didn't feel crowded or anything. Loved the room and it even had a balcony! Had a television, climate control, and all of the standard things! I couldn't hear any neighbors or anything, slept peacefully.
Cons:
- Rooms aren't very large. Didn't bother me (it was "cozy"), but if you like running laps in your hotel room, this place isn't for you.
- Parking lot stinks. You have to enter the lot from the perpendicular Church St. It wasn't tough to find, but the lot was TINY. Avoid if you're driving an SUV or larger vehicle. I was kind of nervous the vehicle would get dinged by another car because everything was so smushed together. The parking is also very limited, so if you need parking, book it well in advance by calling them.
- This place is for the organized traveler. If you expect everything to be handed to you, like getting wasted and causing trouble, or want super luxury, this isn't the place for you. They want you to check-in by a specific time. After check-in and overnight there isn't somebody at the front desk. There are basic rules to follow (don't let strangers in, use a code to get into the door after-hours). The rooms are pretty close together so you can't be yelling in the middle of the night or something.
