  • Black Hat security exceed our expectations. My husband and I have been looking for a security company after having a horrible experience with a previous one & to top it off ADT just brushed us off and not assisted us with anything. The first time I called to inquire information about the services and how it work Cameron was very helpful and knowledgeable. We signed up and set up an appointment for service. After speaking with Cameron we got helped by Courtney which also answered all of our questions. & to top it off JD the technician was very helpful, also very knowledgeable. He walked us through everything in regards to our service. Very informative and great customer service! We are beyond pleased & excited to continue with them! Thanks for all that you do & your amazing team!!
