  • Hands down the worst company on the planet, the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered, at first I thought it was just the phone support but I went down to the store and they were just as bad if not worse. It's amazing that this company is still in business. I used to hate cox because of the prices but now they offer faster internet for cheaper than centurylink now and no contract. Centurylink is a scam and if you go with them you will absolutely be sorry and it will cost you out of your pocket. I have been with them for years hoping they would get better or do something for me because of the time I was with them but every time I call customer service they treat you like shit like your wasting their time. I now went to cox after they hidden fee'd the crap out of me and I don't regret it. Centurylink should be reported to the BBB.
