  • The car drop off service and subsequent valet to the terminal was really great. I was indeed delivered to the proper airline door within 9 minutes as promised. The only issue I had was with the driver of the shuttle upon my return to Calgary. It was my daughter's 7th birthday and she was really excited about telling every new person she met. She told the driver that it was her birthday and he ignored her. She told him again a little louder and he continued to ignore. It was a real downer to explain to my daughter on her birthday that he didn't care it was her birthday and was choosing not to respond. I realize this isn't exactly the type of job people get paid millions to do, but they should at least be a LITTLE personable.
