rev:text	Being generous with giving three stars. I took my dog in for anal gland expression and when I called, the woman told me that they closed at 4:30 but that someone would be there until 5pm (they don't actually close until 5pm). When I arrived at 4:15pm the black lady in the front did not even greet me. I had to stand there awkwardly for about 5 seconds until an older man greeted me. Even after he greeted me the woman behind the desk continued doing some form of paperwork before she even looked up at me. I told her I had called about coming in for a service and she proceeded to tell the man what I was in for. The man was VERY kind and friendly and this is THE ONLY REASON I am giving this review 3 stars. He did the service and filed down her nails a tad since I had asked about clipping them. He was very gentle with her as she is not a fan of people touching her feet. When my dog came out from the back room she smelled from the expression and it didn't seem like they had wiped her down, as it is a smelly job. Due to me not being there I cannot be sure if he did or didn't cleanse her bottom with a wipe of some sort, but due to the smell I would say probably not. After he completed the service I looked to the lady behind the counter and she DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT ME TO TELL ME THE COST. She continued writing and just said it would be $10. I handed over my card and then she finally looked up and processed the payment. I left disappointed with the customer service I received and had it not been for the man being so nice I would only be giving one star. I will not be returning for any other services.
