  • I recently came here to get my eyebrows done. The regular older Persian lady with short hair who does my brows always did a great job - making me feel like a respected customer. However, the younger Persian lady with long brown hair that I had was very unprofessional. She only spent 5 minutes on my brows, which she insisted on waxing instead of threading/plucking. She didn't even place a towel or apron on me, which made all the hairs and wax liquid fall on my clothes and hands. Also, she left the dirty wax pieces on my shirt!! And when I noticed, she made me take it off and throw it off myself! I got wax all over my hands and clothes. Super unhappy about that. In addition, it was very poorly done. When I came home, I noticed that there were leftover stray hairs around my brows. As well, wax was still left on my face. Also, she charged me $13 when originally the older lady charged me $11. Extremely unhappy with this experience. If you come to get your brows done, I do not recommend getting it done with this lady.
