  • I had an awesome experience at this place. At first I went to the records department. I was trying to get a copy of the blueprint of my house to see if a few of the pillars were load bearing. The woman I spoke to there (only waited like 2 mins to speak to her) told me that she couldn't give me the copies but I could speak to somebody to determine if it was in fact load bearing. I spoke to a very friendly man named Andrew (only waited like 3 more minutes). He looked through all of the blueprints and answered my question and any other question I had. He was nice, patient, and tolerated my complete lack of knowledge with anything having to do with blueprints. The place was clean, easy to navigate, bright and everyone I encountered was personable.
