OMG! Can I give a ZERO star??? Ordered online to be picked up at the store.
1. Ordered online 06/05/2017
2. Received email confirmation of the order 06/05/2017
3. Received email confirmation order is being processed 06/06/2017
4. 4 days later, SILENCE
5. Logged onto JCP.COM to check status 06/12/2017
6. Found out ordered was ready for the pick since...ready? Since 06/08/2017 (Thursday)
7 Called the store on 06/12/2017 to confirm the order is ready for pick-up, store associate could not locate the order after 15 mins associate said it's ready for pick up.
8. From the time the order was ready for pick-up on 06/08/2017 never received a call from any associate alerting me to pick up my order. Luckily I checked...
9. Went to the store to pick up items...gave the associate the order number...15 mins later, she couldn't find them. Mind you these are big bulky items, how can you miss? A tea kettle and a big box of Calphalon 11 piece cookware.
10. Finally! She found the order after 30 mins later...
11. The Associate didn't care about their job, whether I got helped or not...shows no interest in customer service.
12. Anyways, the reason why I ordered the items from them because it was 25% off. Otherwise, no, I would not shop there.
