The positive is that every staff member I have encountered does a great job and they care about the kids. The numerous negatives have to do with the facility and the idiotic design of putting the showers in the hallway towards the bathroom/changing room. The giant waiting room area that is barely used is bigger than the showering and changing areas that get jammed with kids and parents when the classes end. Getting out of class, cleaning up your kid, and changing into street clothes is like running a gauntlet on the busy weekend classes. Maybe it would be tolerable if you have an older child who is self sufficient, but doing this with a baby or toddler is really unpleasant. The facility does not merit the $18 per half hour group class that they charge - it definitely worth paying for YMCA or other health club membership to get access to a real locker room.
Water is murky as hell and they have a game where the babies blow bubbles in the water . . . so if there is ever a cholera outbreak in Las Vegas you will know where it came from.
