  • Can I give a negative star rating? I have called this company 5 times to resolve an issue, with no luck and different responses each time I call. The last person I talked with just gave me an email address and basically told me "good luck" with still no resolution. My first HOA payment is now days late because of this company's disorganization and lack of customer service. I'd avoid them at all costs if possible.
