  • There is a blonde young employee named Emily who was extremely rude to me and my family on our last visit to this location. She had such an attitude and didn't look like she enjoyed to be at work. Because of her sears has lost myself as a customer and a bunch of my friends. Customer service is a HUGE factor in retail. Maybe your employees should care more and maybe there should be more consideration when hiring.
