  • The apts are a nice size and allow dogs of all kinds, but everything in the apartment is cheap. In just 2 mths the maintenance men have been in the apartment 6 times. The apartment was not properly cleaned before we moved in. The towel bars and toilet paper holders in both bathrooms fell down. The countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are so scratched its embarrassing. Worst of all, the management made a horrible first impression on us. We signed the lease a couple weeks before arriving in Tempe from Cleveland. We drove three days to get here. The mgmt did not call us until we were already in Flagstaff to tell us that our apartment was infested with cockroaches and would not be ready. If they had called us sooner we would have delayed our drive out here. They offered us another apartment, but we could not move in for three more days. They put us in a furnished suite with our two dogs until then. Of course, one dog chewed on a chair and now they are billing us $200 for the chair. I don't recommend doing business with these people.
