  • This company originally improperly installed my Ruud system. Their follow up to critical issues has been not only poor (calls not returned, rebate information and bills never delivered) but as a result, I've had to put family up I'm hotels and now have APS bills that are higher due to an A/C system that has to run constantly with leaking refrigerant. Last promise or excuse unkept. I'm moving on.
