| - I recently had to exchange a large amount of coins and precious metals on behalf of my elderly parents. I was very worried about the process and the thought of not getting a fair deal, and hence, my parents losing out. The last thing that I wanted to do was go to some shady pawn shop and hope for the best. That wasn't the feeling at all at Nevada Coin and Jewelry on Blue Diamond.
It sits in the middle of a clean strip mall and feels very safe. Prior to arrival, Brian instructed me to peak my head in so that he could come out to the car and help bring the items in. I did so and not only did he help transport a lot of boxes and buckets in, but he was also armed (as was I) which definitely made me feel better carrying thousands of dollars worth of my parents' legacy. I was led into a very secure, yet un-intimidating room. Brian took his time, was very thorough and accommodating. With over 25 years of collecting, the variety of denominations, purity, types, etc. was pretty overwhelming. Again, Brian took his time and explained everything as we went along, as well as offered plenty of good advice on which items that they (parents) may actually want to hold onto.
Sorry for the long review, but I can't stress how much better I felt about everything after Brian's help and knowledge.
