Lisa R. from Banfield sent me a private message asking for my contact info so they could follow up and I sent it to her. They did not follow up - they made the Banfield location follow up. I received another call from the same director who apologized for the "miscommunication" and said he's "not sure what they can do at this point" to rectify the situation. I told him again that giving a dog vaccines that are not needed when no one had informed or asked consent is extremely unprofessional and unethical. I am very disappointed that Banfield customer service pawned me off on the same place that I was clearly unhappy with. What did they think that was going to accomplish? That had been done before, and it only prompted me to write my previous review. After that, I felt the need to update. I'm only further dissatisfied with this Banfield location and this company as a whole.
To Banfield customer service: You have multiple locations. I can stop taking my dogs to Banfield altogether, or you can make this right. It's really up to you.
