  • I usually never ever post reviews, even though I love reading other peoples reviews so I think I should my part as well. I bought a jacket for my daughter. Was looking for this jacket everywhere and finally bought it from this site since they were the only ones to have a sale on it. They also offered free express shipping. This order was placed the day before Black Friday so I wasn't expecting to get a shipping notifications quickly but I did. They shipped the jacket on Black Friday by UPS. I noticed the jacket was coming from Montreal, Canada to the US. Since I am originally from Montreal it caught my attention and that's when I decided to look at their reviews online since I have seen this site online but never knew they were from Montreal. I see from some of the reviews here that some customers had less better experience them others. Being in the online retail business myself, I can tell you that it is near impossible to please everyone. The same way that if you go into a store and purchase an item and then realize home that it has a defect. I can tell you by seeing how I received my item that these guys are the real deal. The item was well packaged and came brand new in the original packaging untouched! I was expecting to get a store item since it was on sale but no, they shipped an item that was never even exposed. They have won my trust and I will be buying a lot from them. If you have any issue with them, just give them a chance to make it right before leaving negative feedback. Had I read these feedbacks before placing my order, I am not sure I would of bought from them, but glad I did. Amazing experience for me!
