  • Finance manager JACK DANIELS lied, falsified contract & willfully and purposely misled me on the lease contract! Before signing a three-year lease, finance manager JACK DANIELS stated he would need a $3000 deposit, " which I would get returned to me at the end of my three-year lease". I have good credit. This was my first lease. so, I thought this was normal practice. Finance manager Jack Daniels stated this is "a deposit and I would be getting it back at the end of my three-year lease" . I thought no harm no foul. So upon completing my lease it was told to me they owe me nothing as he wrote the lease contract up as the $3000 a sales service charge! Needless to say I am acquiring an attorney and will be naming Toyota North charlotte and finance manager JACK DANIELS in this claim. Maybe there's a reason they only have 2.5 stars on yelp!! Do not trust this dealership! they lie and try to extort all the money they can from you! their commercials lie!!!!! ( BTW, what type of name is Jack Daniels? I surmise that is all his mother can remember of his father!)
