  • In a time where excellent customer service is a rarity, I could not recommend Western Skies highly enough. Finding transportation to the airport in the wee hours of the morning for 5 people and large load of luggage isn't easy, and we were so fortunate to have been put in contact with Mark. Both he and Sunny were reassuring, friendly, and professional, and our transportation could not possibly have gone more smoothly. From the 4:15 AM tap on our door to let us know he was outside ready and waiting to take us to the airport, to their having kept track of our wildly changing return flight 10 days later resulting in the prompt 10:00 PM pick-up of 5 weary travelers, it was perfection.
