  • Awesome bar in the heart of downtown on the 3rd level. A little classier since it is at The Palomar but it's great environment. I was at a private event from 7-11pm and parked in the garage below the hotel. Grabbed my ticket and brought it in. The bartenders were pleased to give me my voucher sticker. As I left the garage, the teller asked me to pay $9!! I thought this was very odd and not happy to pay anything further. They claimed I only get 2 hrs free.... that's something that needs to change. A private event should allow completely free parking. This is why I gave 3 stars.
