| - I met up with about 10 other girls here on Saturday afternoon, prior to our evening out on the town. We walked around and they had a great time taking photos.
I'm not very big on shopping, but I like the fact that they have almost every high end brand under one roof. You'll find shops like Ferragamo, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, etc. They also have a pretty wide selection of restaurants for every taste bud as well. My favorite cookie shop is also here, The Honolulu Cookie Company...
While we were walking around, I hear a familiar voice call out my name "Sivilay"...and I turn around to see who was calling out my name. To my surprise, it was one of my customers from my restaurant. It's amazing how you just run into people even if you're hundreds of miles away from home, but for someone to actually recognize you from just hearing your voice makes you truly wonder if your voice is really that distinctive...but it's still a great feeling nonetheless.
The other girls decided to buy tickets to ride the gondola (departure at 5:15 PM), and I decided to head out to have my very late lunch since I hadn't eaten all day.
I love the fact that the shopping mall is indoors, but it still feels like you're outdoors with the fake sky and water stream. It's definitely beautiful and relaxing to be able to avoid the extreme heat of Vegas. Unfortunately, being that it was indoors, I didn't realize it was raining until I went outside. Lol
