  • Far surpassed even my best hopes! This company is the best priced of all the ones I searched in the area and the quality is beyond reproach. Katherine and everyone else I've spoken with in their office have been understanding, kind, patient and even anticipated my needs. So far, Beatriz has been with us and she is absolutely perfect. I have 4 children, 3 of which are under the age of 5 and this work load doesn't even phase her. She has been highly engaged with them the entire time she's with them and hasn't even turned on my tv not once so I love that my kids are actually being attentively cared for. Per my request, she works with them teaching them some Spanish. She also brings a different activity every time from home made play doh to bingo, etc. I didn't even ask but she does light housework too and cooks for us. She took a trip to the store specifically to buy supplies for meals and I insisted on reimbursing her for what is some of the best cooking ever. My husband is in the military and out of town for several months so I've been too busy to try to potty train my 2-year-old. I just mentioned that to her in passing during a conversation and she immediately started working on potty training him. My husband's and my jobs both require us to occasionally work night shifts and this too is no problem for this agency. Maria will be coming over soon for those days and I'm looking forward to meeting her as well. I'm hoping she's the same Maria that was mentioned in a previous review on this website because Beatriz is going to be a hard act to follow! With my husband's and my schedules, I've always had difficulty finding quality childcare and this is such a relief to finally find amazing, reliable, unfailing and flexible childcare. They're even willing to transport children so my kids don't miss school when I'm at work and Beatriz has even suggested taking them to the library, which I think is a wonderful idea. I've raved about them to everyone and my Real Estate agent even took their information from me to pass on to other clients of hers who are also new in the area who are also looking for childcare. I have so much more I can say about them but I think this review is long enough! I will stick with Nannies and Housekeepers USA for as long as my children ever need childcare.
