  • Glen was my first point of contact in this location and he was great- attentive and provided his honest opinion on the glasses I was trying on. While Glen was working out what insurance would cover, another associate came over to me. I mentioned I had already been helped, but was informed that Glen wasn't an optician and therefore couldn't take my measurement. Fair, but perhaps a better approach would have been to introduce one's self and state one was going to take the measurements while Glen was busy. I was told my glasses would take 7 business days (not everything is in an hour my friends, it depends on your prescription). I happened to be in the mall 5 days later and popped in just to see. My glasses weren't done, but the associate assured me Monday. Finally, Wednesday rolls around and I call only to find out they aren't sure where my glasses are. I have no idea what database mentioned Monday, but Patrick (who I talked to on Wednesday) said there was some sort of hold up. About 2 weeks after I placed the order, I received a call they were in. Despite a few bumps on the way, it was okay service and the price was right. And now I get to play librarian or hipster or career woman authentically whenever I want.
