  • Contacted Julian's Plumbing after my hot water heater went out over the weekend, and after the plumber assigned through my Home Warranty company never followed up (it's a holiday weekend, but seriously?!). I'll focus on the positive. Jeff not only responded on a holiday weekend; he fit me into what he stated was a very tight schedule on today, especially since it's near the 4th of July. Jeff was efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and honest. He also provided great advice, overall, on future maintenance. Jeff and Julian's Plumbing are proof that there are still businesses out there who genuinely care about their customers and in doing a great job in resolving your concerns. They are also reasonably priced, which is always a plus!! Thankfully, I have hot water again and a new plumbing service that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!! Thanks again to Jeff and to Julian's Plumbing!
