  • They didn't have proper covers on the heating discs while cropping my puppy's ears and burned her, when I came back asking them about it they said she must of gotten into chemicals at my house, I told them that our chemicals are kept in the garage and that wasn't possible. They charged me for the gauze and cream they put on her. And on top of it, they cropped her ears uneven. When I complained they said they would fix them, I still had to pay 100 odd dollars for the fix and they still weren't even.
