rev:text	Called Bird Dog a couple of weeks ago for a leak in my rental unit garage. I chose them because of the good reviews and they were located very close to my condo. They said they would be at my place in about 30 min. I did ask what their rate was and was told it depended on the job;so not really told. I began my half hour drive over to the condo. They then called & told me the problem was my toilet. Then I was told of the service fee which was around $95 plus it was about $95/hour to repair. I agreed as I was already enroute and didn't want to inconvenience my tenant any more. Upon my arrival to unit, a hole was cut in the drywall ceiling and my toilet was removed. They said they couldn't do anything more right now because it had to dry out. They recommended another company to help with this process and even called in a referral. The reason for the lower review is that I thought $200 was very expensive and I didn't really even have any plumbing done; only a diagnosis.
