  • Apparently Yelp always businesses to remove reviews. I posted this back on 8/24/16. I received a reply same day from Sarah with a # to call. I have tried since then but it only goes to voicemail stating that they will get back to you in 24 hours. I have never heard back from them. Then today 9/24/16 I decided one last time to try again. I got to a human being who asked about the review and stated that she would escalate this. Instead, she asked for someone at this store location to call me. All they are going to do is have me bring the vehicle back for a 3rd time and pay even more money and still not have it fixed. My advice this place is a total ripoff.Go anywhere else. As for this place they only see you as a $ sign and nothing else. Here is what I originally posted. I will keep checking back every week to make sure that this post stays or repost as people need to be warned about them. First I am visually impaired and needed to sell my minivan as I am no longer able to drive. The minivan had been sitting for a few months so I was unable to get it started. I was trying to sell it. I had it towed over to Just Brakes and they told me that the battery was fine and needed to be charged but that the catalytic converter and fuel pump was bad and that was causing it to not start also. Not knowing what to do I told them to fix it. They brought the minivan back to my place so I did not have to pay for a tow. Then a few days later while showing the van it would not start. I called them up and they had it towed in. They said that the alternator, starter, and battery was bad. Apparently, the tester was not correct from a couple of days before. They fixed it and brought it back to my place. A few days later again it would not start. I called them about it and they stated that there would be nothing else they could do unless I was willing to pay even more. I already spent $2500.00 and it still did not work. I had a different shop look it over and they stated that the alternator, starter, catalytic convertor, battery had not even been changed. I have filed a complaint with the state and the EEOC against this place as they were taking advantage of the blind. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. RUN AWAY FAR AWAY.
