  • This is a review regarding the current new membership promotion they have going on. I tried to sign up for it multiple times both on my phone and my computer, the popup messages says to check my email for the offer, but I never received it. So I called the studio asking about this promotion. The lady who answered the phone says I have to go to studio to sign up for the promotion. Okay I guess that's fine. But I want to be able to attend a class while I'm there. So the lady on the phone tells me I have to pay $20 to attend a class. Now this is not a helpful answer at all isn't it? If I could get a membership signed up in the first place why would I need to pay $20 to attend a class?!
