  • We've been going to this salon for years and I take my folks in their 80's regularly. Service was okay with an edge of attitude but they'd get the job done. Until today. After binging my mom to the car, I returned to pick up my dad. He was still sitting in the chair, and the lady said to me that he was having trouble getting up. When I went over to him, he was under the impression that the work was not done. She then came over and kind of changed the story saying he was done and had me put on his shoes. His socks were wet and when We got home I found out that they hadn't done his callouses that they normally do, saying to him that he needed to go to a doctor for it. My moms' nails did not seem finished either. We regularly tip $5 per person so it's not like we are being cheap customers. Good luck with this place.
