  • I'm pretty sure I would live here if I could. I go here for everything: hair, nails, waxing, facials, massages, etc. The staff is always professional, always prepared and always very friendly. I go to Tracy for nails/waxing/facials and I've never had any complaints. She's amazing, friendly, makes you feel comfortable and gives you a great experience overall. For my hair I currently go to Gina, who is very experienced, very professional and my hair always turns out amazing. One time I went to another stylist and my hair color did not turn out the way I wanted it, so the next day the salon organized a color correction and completely fixed it, I don't know many places that would do this but they really do care about having satisfied customers. Even the staff at the front desk is friendly, amazing and help in welcoming you to the salon. I've only dealt with Taylor and Shakira whenever I come in but they are always helpful, friendly and always are able to offer advice or work with me to set up my appointments. It is conveniently located right off the 215 with plenty of parking. The salon is sectioned off so that hair and the spa side are on opposite ends, which is nice because you don't want to hear a blow dryer while you're trying to relax. They also offer 2 for $99 specials, which can include a color re-touch, pedicure, massage, etc. It is an amazing deal when it is offered. They also have monthly/seasonal packages as well. They have a VIP program where you pay a yearly fee and definitely reap the rewards and get full bang for your buck. So the sum it up, i love this place and it's the only place I go. After this review, I basically sound like I live there, oh well.
